Ron Dayley is the owner and head MMA and Sambo instructor for SSF. He also occasionally fills in for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as needed. Ron is BJJ brown belt and MACP Level II certified instructor. Over the past 20 years, Ron has trained under Larry Hartsell, Pat Trey, Rick McCoy, Andrew Smith, Carlos Machado, Jerry Bolander and myriad others. Ron is licensed in KY by KBWA and in TN by the ISKA as a promoter, trainer, corner, timekeeper and referee. He is also licensed in NE, VA and Canada as a trainer and manager. Ron has trained/managed fighters in the UFC, Strikeforce, XFC, Bodog and many other top level pro shows.
Chris Beasley heads up the Muay Thai and Boxing Programs at SSF. He is a 5th level black sash in Sil Lum Kung Fu and a 4th degree black belt in Shaolin Kempo, a Sidithalaw Muay Thai Instructor, R.A.T instructor, and a Level II USA Boxing coach. Chris has studied Chinese Kick-boxing, Escrima Kali, Taekwondo, Aiki-Ju-jitsu, BJJ, Shoot-fighting, Submission Wrestling and Wado-Ryu Karate. He competed in Low kick rules and Sanshou kickboxing in the early 90’s as an amateur. Chris won the 2006 Rumble on the River No-Gi Heavyweight grappling championship. Chris has coached several fighters to Champion level in boxing for Silver Gloves, Golden Gloves and Jr. Olympics, and several kick boxing champions in ISKA, IKF, WKA, WKKO, and USMTA sanctioned fights. Chris is also a certified Muay Thai judge and referee under the USMTA and AMTJRA, and currently holds the USMTA Charter for Kentucky and Tennessee. Chris is an ISKA certified referee and judge, and licensed MMA second in GA, TN, and KY.
Noah Ibrahim (Gracie Barra purple belt) is the Adult BJJ, Youth BJJ instructor and Fundamental BJJ instructor. Noah began martial arts when he was 10 yrs old. He has trained in Tae Kwon Do, Shukokai Karate, Judo, Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Noah is a true technician in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the kids love him.
Morgan Kurz teaches Aerobic Pole Dancing at SSF. Morgan has been teaching pole dancing at SSF since early 2007. She is currently completing her thesis for her Masters in Biology from APSU. Morgan also teaches biology for APSU and is a certified ISKA representative for the state of TN.
Tiffany Norbeck teaches Aerobic Pole Dancing at SSF. Tiffany has been taking classes at SSF since its opening in April 2007. Starting in late 2009 she began teaching pole dancing at the gym as well. A graduate of APSU, Tiffany also holds a Masters in Library Science from Western Kentucky. She is employed at Miller Motte as an Admissions Rep.
